Daily Quiz Winners

• Winners will be notified to the email address that they used on registration within seven working days of the Daily Prize being won through either a Winner Announcement email or an alternative Newsletter email. It is the responsibility of the registered user to ensure their email address remains subscribed to receive such email notifications.
• Winners will then have 7 days from such notification to :
  • acknowledge their win and
  • confirm their postal address and
  • supply some comments about their win
  • and if relevant, whether they wish to receive the stated prize or a cash alternative of 100% of the stated prize value.
• The Promoter will not be liable for any delayed or non-delivery of emails to entrants. It is the responsibility of the Player to check that emails from the Promoter will not be automatically classed as "junk" or "spam" and sent to the user's junk mail filter or otherwise filtered or deleted, and to remain subscribed to receive such emails
• At least one winner per day will be announced shortly after the stated time on the website.
• The score that comes in the winning position will win the daily prize.
• The winning position for that day is always shown on the daily leaderboard.
• To ensure a fair chance for all players, no one household may win the daily prize more than once a month.
• A maximum of one prize will be awarded to a player within any one month period. A maximum of two prizes will be awarded to a household within any six month period.
• The Promoter will disqualify any player it suspects are playing under different aliases.
• Only players who have registered with this site can qualify as a winner.

Prizes

• All prizes must be claimed within 7 days of the winning date.
• If the prize is not claimed within seven days its monetary value will be put back in the prize pool.
• If the prize is not claimed the Promoter will not enter into any further correspondence with the winner after the seven days from the date of the win.
• All prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if, for any reason, the stated prize is no longer available. All images and prize references are for illustration only and actual prize may differ slightly.
• Prizes must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. A cash alternative of 100% of the stated prize value may be offered at the sole discretion of the Company
• Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of prizes, unless otherwise stated. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for prizes lost or damaged in transit if it is outside of our reasonable control.
• Prizes will be updated for the games by 10am of the morning of the game. All entries up to that point will be for the prize of that day
• The Promoter and its agencies will not be responsible if entrants do not receive prize(s) if they have supplied insufficient, incorrect or false information.
• The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for any technical or other problems that mean participation is impossible or delayed, or claims or codes or entries are not accepted for any reason whatsoever.

The "Quiz IQ" is calculated by comparing the player's quiz answers with other players' quiz answers. The purpose of the Quiz IQ is to indicate how you compare to other players of the quiz. The Quiz IQ is not endorsed and does not use standard intelligence measuring techniques and should therefore not be considered an indication of your actual IQ.
